Payment Terms

- Payment details and accepted payment methods will be provided under each invoice.
- Customers are required to pay strictly according to the terms stated on the invoice.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order without a refund if instalments are not paid on time.
- Once an instalment plan is set, it cannot be modified.
Quoting and Invoicing Terms
- We serve customers in the order of their inquiries. Our dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a date is fully booked, we are unable to accept additional quotes for that date.
- Quotes and invoices have expiry dates, and prices are subject to change if no response is received by the due date.
- In the event of a misspelling or system error in your quote pricing, our team will contact you to correct the issue. If the error results in a lower price being quoted, the corrected price must be paid. Customers may choose to cancel if they do not wish to proceed with the corrected pricing.
Bond/Security Deposit Terms
For any items hired, the customer will need to pay a security deposit that varies based on the total value of the item(s). The bond invoice will be sent to the customer between 24 to 7 days before the event date.
The customer is responsible for finalising the bond payment up-to 48 hrs before the event date otherwise, the vendor has the right to not provide the hired items on the day.
The bond amount starts at $300 and can range up to several thousand dollars, depending on the specific requirements.
Pick Up Terms
By picking up your flowers from Flower Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Acceptance of Responsibility Upon successful pick-up, the customer or the designated person collecting the flowers assumes full responsibility for the care and condition of the flowers. Flower Club is no longer liable for any damage, deterioration, or issues that may arise after the flowers leave our premises.
- No Refunds or Complaints Once the flowers have been collected, Flower Club will not entertain any requests for refunds, replacements, or complaints regarding the condition or quality of the flowers.
- Seasonal and Perishable Nature of Flowers Flowers are seasonal and perishable items that require proper care to maintain their freshness. It is essential to:
- Keep the flowers in water and in a cool environment.
- Avoid leaving flowers out of water for extended periods.
- Protect flowers from warm temperatures, as they can cause wilting, especially for delicate varieties such as dahlias, hydrangeas, peonies, and calla lilies.
- Hot Weather Precautions If your event is on a hot day, you must take extra precautions to ensure the longevity of your flowers:
- Have vases filled with water ready to hold the flowers immediately after pick-up.
- Store personal flowers, such as bridal bouquets and buttonholes, in a refrigerator whenever possible.
By picking up the flowers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. Proper care of the flowers after pick-up is your sole responsibility.
Delivery Terms
By using Flower Club’s delivery service for your wedding or event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Acceptance of Responsibility Once the flowers have been delivered to the specified venue or delivery address, Flower Club assumes no further responsibility for the condition or handling of the flowers. We do not accept any complaints, refund requests, or claims after the delivery is completed.
- Delivery Time Requests
- Delivery times can be requested at the time of finalizing your invoice.
- Delivery time requests cannot be made or changed within 30 days of your event date.
- Unforeseen Delays
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances causing delayed deliveries, please contact us to discuss a fair resolution. However, a full refund will not be provided under any condition.
- To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend leaving at least a 30-minute buffer time, with 60 minutes being ideal, when scheduling your delivery time.
- For deliveries delayed by up to 60 minutes, we do not accept any claims or refund requests.
- No Recipient at Delivery Address
- If no one is available to accept the flowers at the delivery address, the items will either be left in a safe place or returned to the venue or our store.
- Additional delivery attempts will incur extra charges.
- Additional Delivery Requests
- Same-day delivery rerouting or additional delivery requests are not accepted. In emergency situations, these requests may be accommodated at a charge of three times the standard delivery fee.

Flowers Terms
- Seasonal Availability
- Flowers are seasonal, and the availability of specific varieties cannot be guaranteed.
- While we strive to meet your preferences, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal limitations or supply chain constraints.
- Refund requests based on the unavailability of specific flowers will not be accepted. However, thanks to our exclusive partnerships with trusted suppliers, we will ensure the best possible outcome for your order by sourcing high-quality alternatives.
- Commitment to Quality
- Flowers are a premium product in Australia, and we are committed to using only the highest quality blooms for our arrangements.
- We cannot compromise on quality or reputation by offering low-cost services. Our pricing reflects the value of premium flowers and our dedication to excellence.
- Ethical and Sustainable Practices
- We are proud to source flowers from farms that adhere to ethical and sustainable practices. We do not support suppliers that fail to meet these standards.
- While we aim to keep our pricing competitive and may offer occasional discounts, we will not provide “cheap” flowers that compromise quality or sustainability.

On The Day Terms
- Third-Party Disruptions
- If any third party, such as the venue, photographer, or others, disrupts our service on the wedding day and prevents us from delivering the promised service, we cannot be held responsible for the resulting damage or issues.
- Refunds or complaints regarding such disruptions will not be accepted. However, our support team will assist you in contacting the third party to help resolve the issue or make a claim if needed.
- Venue Restrictions
- If there are restrictions imposed by the venue that we were not informed of prior to the wedding day, we will comply with those restrictions, even if they differ from the agreed-upon setup in the invoice.
- We cannot breach the venue’s terms and conditions, so it is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review and communicate any venue restrictions before finalizing your setup with us.
- Additional Venue Requirements
- If the venue requires additional services beyond what was originally agreed upon, the customer will be responsible for covering these costs.
- We will either invoice you for these additional fees after the wedding or deduct the charges from the bond amount.
- Weather-Related Adjustments
- If weather conditions are unsuitable for the planned setup (e.g., an outdoor arbor design during heavy rain or strong winds), we will not be able to proceed with the outdoor setup.
- In such cases, all arrangements will be set up indoors or in a safer alternative location. Customers may request venue staff to move items outdoors when conditions improve and it is safe to do so.
